Maintenance Plans
A maintenance plan is an annual subscription plan that provides priority technical support and free updates. A 1-year mainenance plan is included with the purchase
of new products or can be purchased separately for free downloads to access priorty support or to receive support beyond the initial 4 months of free support.
Maintenance plans can be renewed upon expiration.
Technical support under a maintenance plan receives higher priority than free support.
All upgrades released to the purchased product are included free of charge for the duration of the maintenance plan.
